Denise
is a voracious reader and devoted writer. When she's not writing (which
is rarely) she's either dreaming up her next story or reading someone else's latest release. Her primary preferred genres are urban fantasy and paranormal romance, and
they often meld together when she's creating her worlds.
In love with the British Isles, her stories generally center around the myths
and legends of the Norse and Celtic gods, and the mysteries of the land
itself.
Denise is an avid cook and hobby gardener, and spends as much time in her kitchen and
cottage garden as her schedule allows. She loves her nieces and nephew
with uncompromising abandon and is affectionately referred to as "Auna
Dee." She is a not-so-secret car-aholic, with a passion for horsepower
and anything that looks fast standing still. Her dream car?
That's
a two-fold answer:
a 1969 Camaro RS or a BMW 645.
She's halfway there.
You never know what Denise is going to blog about, though lately it's centered
on her intent to lobby the State Senate to change Georgia's mascot to the
ever-present orange construction barrel. Be sure to check in frequently
to find out what's new and what's coming down the pipeline.
